LearnWithYou is an AI-powered learning platform that transforms content from various sources (YouTube videos, PDFs, web articles) into interactive lessons, quizzes, mind maps, slides, audio, and essays. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content based on your provided sources.

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account using Google OAuth authentication
• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

LearnWithYou operates on a credit-based system:

• One credit is consumed when you successfully generate a new lesson
• Credits are purchased through our pricing packages (Personal, Team, Business)
• Credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely
• Follow-up interactions with existing lessons do not consume additional credits
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

Prices for credit packages are displayed on our pricing page and may be subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor:

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Lemon Squeezy
• All payments are one-time purchases; there are no recurring charges
• You will receive a receipt via email for each purchase
• We do not store your payment card information
• All transactions are subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute credits or access to the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content
• Generated content should be reviewed and verified before use in critical applications
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content
• The quality of generated content depends on the quality of the source material you provide

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times without interruption. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service downtime or unavailability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LearnWithYou, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Our Service integrates with and relies on third-party services, including:

• Google OAuth for authentication
• Lemon Squeezy for payment processing
• AI providers
• Content sources (YouTube, web articles)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service:

• If you violate these Terms
• If we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• If required by law or court order
• At our discretion for any other reason with or without notice

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to your past use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where LearnWithYou operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:
